1. Scope
These terms govern SmartContact NFC cards, digital business cards, data-management access and related custom services. The governing language is Slovak; this English version is informative.
2. Inquiry and contract
The website form and calculator are non-binding and indicative. A contract is concluded when the customer accepts the seller’s individual quotation or order confirmation. By submitting or accepting an order, the customer confirms that they reviewed the current Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before concluding the contract.
3. Price and payment
The final price, delivery costs, scope and deadline are stated in the quotation. Payment is normally by bank transfer based on an invoice.
4. Delivery and digital service
Production starts after approval and agreed payment. Digital profiles may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, security incidents or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
5. Personalised products and withdrawal
Under Section 19(1)(c) of Slovak Act No. 108/2024, the withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, including an approved custom NFC card. Statutory rights relating to defects remain unaffected.
6. Defects and complaints
The seller is responsible for conformity under applicable Slovak law. Complaints may be submitted by e-mail or post.
7. Customer access and public content
Data entered by the customer in an active digital card becomes available to third parties through the NFC card or public link. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and legality of submitted content and for having authority to publish it, including data relating to other people. The seller is not responsible for customer-submitted content or consequences of its publication, except for liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Disputes
Slovak law applies. A consumer may contact the Slovak Trade Inspection or another authorised alternative dispute resolution entity after first requesting remedy from the seller.
9. Final provisions
Effective and last updated: 12 August 2026.
